Job summary

Savage X Fenty seeks a Senior Manager of Operations in El Segundo to lead cross-functional projects and drive ongoing operational execution for wholesale and DTC channels. Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Data, you will translate business needs into action, resolve issues, and guide initiatives from planning through launch and delivery.

You’ll manage timelines, dependencies and risks while coordinating with brand teams, shared services and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience in wholesale and DTC.
• Experience with ERP, order management or warehouse systems; familiarity with EDI.
• Self-starter who brings structure to ambiguity and follows through with limited direction.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills with cross-team impact.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager for wholesale programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate across brand teams, shared services and external partners to align priorities and drive delivery.
• Own brand-side operational activities and ensure requirements are implemented and issues resolved.
• Establish operating plans and processes for new initiatives with defined requirements and handoffs.
• Translate business needs into operational and systems requirements; coordinate implementation and validation.
• Manage timelines, dependencies and risks; provide status updates and escalate decisions with recommendations.
• Follow through after launch to ensure ongoing execution and address recurring issues.
• Lead ad hoc projects as business needs evolve.
