Job summary

Centennial is seeking an experienced Tenant Coordinator to lead design and construction coordination for tenant spaces. You will support Leasing Agents with space layouts, review leases, and drive on-time store openings across projects.

The role requires 10–15 years in commercial construction, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage internal teams and external consultants while maintaining clear communication with architects and landlords.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage employees and outside consultants.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with creative thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support Leasing Agents with preliminary tenant space layouts and conceptual designs.
• Review leases to determine Landlord’s work obligations and provide cost estimates.
• Oversee Landlord’s work obligations and coordinate with tenant design and construction teams to achieve on-time openings.
• Track tenant information from LOI through tenant allowance payment.
• Review drawings and submittals and issue comments to architects, general contractors, and tenant.
• Select contractors for Landlord’s Work obligations.
• Expedite review and approval of tenant submittals.
• Issue timely correspondence to tenants per lease requirements.
• Coordinate drawings, MEPs, for identification of Landlord and Tenant work.
• Hire, train, and mentor tenant coordinators.
