Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail/shopping center operations in North America.
• Ability to read, interpret and understand leases and construction documents.
• Strong construction and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Landlord's Construction Work for tenant improvement.
• Manage on-site tenant construction coordination with contractors.
• Conduct periodic off-hours inspections as needed.
