The Wilder Companies is seeking a Tenant Construction Manager / Tenant Coordinator to oversee tenant-related construction, from lease negotiations to project close-out. This role requires coordinating Landlord and Tenant Work with strong experience in retail construction, budgeting, permitting, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in commercial retail construction or related field.
• Experience in tenant coordination, owner representation, and project management.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing drawings.
• Experience with permitting, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant responsibilities and lease-related construction provisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate landlord and tenant construction from lease negotiation through opening and close-out.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Review leases, work letters, and construction exhibits for compliance.
• Act as primary point of contact for tenants, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Monitor permits, inspections, RFIs, submittals, and change orders; manage close-out documentation.
