Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Business Consultant - Retail to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, remote, US-based, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

You will drive retail software implementations from discovery through go-live, manage multi-project plans, and translate fashion and apparel retail needs into practical solutions with product and technical teams.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in fashion/apparel retail including planning/merchandising/stock optimization.
• Track record delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Ability to move complex projects forward with limited team support.
• Experience juggling multiple priorities across projects and relationships.
• Comfort in senior IC role with regular travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution.
• Translate fashion/apparel requirements into practical solutions with product/tech teams.
• Lead customer workshops and executive delivery reviews with clarity.
• Support discovery and scoping during pre-sales.
