You will lead implementations from discovery through go-live, own plans and risks, and translate fashion retail needs into practical tech solutions while running workshops and executive discussions.

• Strong ability to move complex projects forward with limited teams.
• Proven track record in fashion and apparel retail.
• Excellent facilitation of workshops and executive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, risks and issue resolution.
• Translate fashion/apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product/tech teams.
• Lead customer workshops and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery and scoping during pre-sales.
