Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Frohna, Missouri is seeking a Team Manager to support the Director in leading the sales, operations and security colleagues, elevate the Tiffany store experience, and help meet commercial targets.

You will assume oversight when the Director is not present and act as a mentor, coach, and guest experience manager on the floor. As a dynamic, client‑centric leader you will coach the team, drive client development, cultivate new and existing relationships, and ensure the Tiffany

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer related experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial targets.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and market penetration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, client tracking systems and POS system.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support the sales/operations of the Tiffany store to meet/exceed commercial targets and deliver the client experience.
• Lead the team to create a climate of service excellence and partner with the Store Director.
• Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit and deliver Excellence while upholding LVMH values.
• Deepen client relationships to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive client development activities and deliver Tiffany Touch moments on the floor.
