Job summary

Scotch is seeking a Senior Customer Onboarding Specialist to own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers, from contract signing through successful go-live. You will manage multiple implementations, coordinating hardware, software configuration, and customer training to deliver an exceptional experience.

This role requires strong project management, proactive communication, and a customer-first mindset, with travel to customer sites as needed and willingness to work outside

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer onboarding or software implementation, with ownership of complex deployments.
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills with multi-implementation coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with timely updates and clear expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding from contract to go-live.
• Manage multiple implementations with detailed project plans and documentation.
• Configure Scotch POS, payments, inventory, reporting workflows; coordinate hardware installs.
• Lead remote and on-site customer training and post-live support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to align requirements.
• Travel to customer locations as needed, including evenings, weekends.
• Identify improvements to onboarding processes and training materials.
