Job summary

North Hospitality is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead pre-implementation planning, on-site installation, training, and post-implementation support for POS clients. You will coordinate with client teams, document steps, and ensure successful sign-offs.

Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware/software issues, performing upgrades, and serving as a level-three escalation path. Travel up to 85% and remote work are involved; CPP certification is preferred or obtainable within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of POS implementation or support experience
• CPP certification or ability to obtain within 12 months
• strong communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-implementation planning and client preparation
• Install POS systems on-site and train staff to be self-sufficient
• Document implementation and training details; obtain client sign-offs
• Respond to service requests and resolve issues
• Recommend system upgrades and diagnose hardware/software problems
• Serve as escalation path and participate in on-call rotation
• Support Sales and Customer Support with product knowledge
