Job summary

Scotch is hiring for a lead onboarding role to manage multi-location deployments of its POS platform. You will own end-to-end onboarding, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure successful go-lives across locations.

Ideal candidates bring 4–5+ years of onboarding/implementation experience, with POS/retail tech, data migration, and strong project management skills, plus the ability to train staff and drive cross-functional collaboration.
