Job summary

Scotch is hiring for a lead onboarding role to manage multi-location deployments of its POS platform. You will own end-to-end onboarding, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure successful go-lives across locations.

Ideal candidates bring 4–5+ years of onboarding/implementation experience, with POS/retail tech, data migration, and strong project management skills, plus the ability to train staff and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years in onboarding/implementation with enterprise or multi-location customers.
• Experience with POS, retail tech, data migration, and integrations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding from kickoff to go-live, including planning, configuration, migration, and hardware.
• Train staff, run status meetings, and partner with internal teams.
