Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or related client-facing role.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships at senior level, including Director/VP/C-suite contacts.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work in data to identify trends and build a clear strategic story.
• Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes: revenue growth, product adoption, or operational improvements within an account portfolio.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams or resources to deliver on partner or client commitments, without direct management authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of a portfolio of retail partners with clear ownership, high-quality support, and measurable long-term partnership success.
• Identify growth opportunities, diagnose gaps, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that move the needle for each partner.
• Translate platform data and partner performance metrics into compelling strategic narratives and recommendations for retailer leadership up to CEO/Owner level.
• Execute partnership plans with ownership and urgency across multiple workstreams in a dynamic portfolio.
• Demonstrate deep platform fluency to enable credible partner engagement and confident execution across any situation.
