Job summary

Instacart is hiring an Account Manager II to grow advertiser relationships and improve campaign performance across ad products. You’ll balance client strategies with internal capabilities, using data-driven insights to optimize budgets and ROAS.

You’ll work with Sales, Advertiser Success, and Product teams to translate client needs into actionable plans, deliver compelling narratives, and drive growth for CPG brands across our platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years in account management or digital advertising
• Experience building client relationships in external-facing roles
• Experience turning data into client-ready narratives
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication with advertisers and agencies

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with CPG clients and agencies.
• Help define full-funnel media strategies tied to client goals.
• Present optimization recommendations to grow advertiser spend.
• Drive quarterly business reviews and report on campaign impact.
• Collaborate with product and advertiser success teams to improve processes.
