Instacart is seeking a senior HR Business Partner to partner with Marketing & Communications leaders, shaping organizational design and development. You will drive talent strategies, coach senior leaders, and align people programs with business outcomes, enabling sustainable growth in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HRBP experience in a high-growth technology company
• Proven ability to independently lead all aspects of the talent management lifecycle
• Demonstrated track record coaching and influencing Director and VP+ level leaders
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data and financial metrics to surface actionable insights
• Working knowledge of employment law and its application in day-to-day people ops

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing & Communications leaders at Sr Director and VP levels to connect business strategy with people strategy
• Lead talent management lifecycle: performance, org design, calibration, engagement, and leadership development
• Design and implement change management plans that land with impact
• Establish Centers of Excellence with business context aligned to Marketing & Communications needs
