Job summary

Paradies-Lagard is seeking an Assistant General Manager in our retail location to drive daily operations and customer service excellence. You will partner with the General Manager to execute company policies, manage staff, and ensure timely execution of standards.

You will lead a team, monitor merchandising, handle scheduling, training, and performance reviews, and work with partners to achieve sales goals while upholding core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years of leadership in merchandising, service, or operations.
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a professional team to meet sales goals and metrics.
• Build relationships with airport management, brand partners, and Support Center.
• Coach performance, interviews, scheduling, and reviews.
• Ensure store merchandising standards and policy execution.
• Assist in budgeting, expenses, and payroll to influence P&L.
