Job summary

Paradies Na is seeking an Assistant General Manager to execute the Mission Statement and deliver First Class Service to customers while partnering with the General Manager.

Responsibilities include leading teams, ensuring merchandising standards, implementing policies, and driving sales performance with accountability for P&L. A Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and high school diploma or equivalency required.
• Minimum three years of leadership in merchandising, the service industry and/or operations environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and travel as needed.
• Exceptional customer service skills and strong English communication.
• Proficient reading, writing, mathematics, cash handling and reporting; Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class service and promptly resolve customer issues per core values.
• Maintain store merchandising standards per company guidelines.
• Assist General Manager with policy implementation and accountability across zones or terminals.
• Influence sales, expenses, inventory control, and payroll; monitor P&L and plan actions.
