Job summary

As an Assistant General Manager or equivalent, you will oversee operations, coach staff, and ensure compliance with HACCP and brand standards while partnering with restaurant managers to deliver

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Food Manager’s Certification within six months of hire.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform essential job functions (standing, bending, reaching, etc.).
• Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable; practical experience may be considered.
• Proficiency in restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, policies and procedures.
