Qualificações

• Experience leading retail credit/loan origination teams.

• Oversee end-to-end Retail Credit Loan Origination processes.
• Manage pipeline, workflow, turnaround, and productivity metrics.
• Provide leadership, training, and performance management to staff.
• Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory and policy requirements.
