Responsibilities

• Meets with prospects and referrals to originate mortgage loans.
• Explains mortgage products and guides customers through the application process.
• Ensures applications are complete with required information.
• Communicates loan decisions and conditions to customers and underwriting.
• Sends materials to processing and underwriting and manages closing readiness.
• Attends closings as needed and stays updated on industry practices.
