Job summary

TD Bank seeks an experienced Retail Lending Operations Group Manager I to oversee the end-to-end Retail Credit Loan Origination process in the Jacksonville area. You will manage pipeline, workflow, turnaround, and quality while guiding a team to deliver accurate loan delivery.

Role requires 5+ years mortgage experience, strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to work from an office four days per week from approved locations, including Jacksonville or Boca Raton.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Retail Credit and Loan Origination within the unit.
• Manage daily pipeline, workflow, productivity, and quality monitoring.
• Lead and develop staff, set goals, and manage performance.
• Ensure compliance with policy, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with Retail, Product, and partners.
• Ensure accurate loan delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Provide training and guidance to team and sales staff.
