Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Media and Commerce Activation to lead retail media strategy and execution across key platforms, driving growth for iconic brands like LUMIFY and PreserVision. You will manage media investments, partnerships with agencies, and performance measurement across digital commerce ecosystems.

The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Digital Commerce teams, leveraging AI-enabled tools to optimize planning, reporting, and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Retail Media, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising and retail media platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar media budgets and partner with agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail media strategies for growth across major brands.
• Lead media planning, optimization, and measurement across platforms like Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect.
• Manage agency partners and set clear KPIs and reviews.
• Drive full-funnel media strategies including paid search, display, and video.
• Establish monthly ROAS and category growth reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Digital Commerce teams.
• Leverage AI tools to improve planning, reporting, and performance.
• Identify trends and test new opportunities to create competitive advantage.
