Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Retail Media, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or Commerce Media.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising and retail media platforms.
• Proven success managing multimillion-dollar media budgets and delivering outcomes.
• Experience leading media agencies and external partners.
• Strong analytical capabilities with performance measurement, optimization, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive execution in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail media strategies supporting growth for major brands.
• Lead media planning, optimization, and measurement across multiple platforms.
• Manage agency partners with clear KPIs and budget stewardship.
• Drive full-funnel media strategies including paid search, video, and social commerce.
• Establish monthly performance reporting on ROAS, share of voice, and category growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Digital Commerce teams.
