You will coach a 40+ employee team, schedule within labor budgets, maintain visual standards, and partner with corporate to uphold brand guidelines. The role requires strong leadership and cash handling experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 4+ years of related experience.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and discretion to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in English; operate standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and sales.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company SOPs.
• Coach and develop the store team to meet objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels and control shrinkage.
• Handle patient issues and escalations.
• Schedule within labor budget to meet store needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with business partners.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
