Job summary

Apple Retail seeks a Senior Manager to cultivate a positive customer environment and drive performance aligned with business priorities. You will lead, coach, and develop managers, partner on strategic decisions with the Store Leader, and model inclusive leadership in daily operations.

You will recruit and guide a diverse team, oversee floor leadership, resolve escalations, and ensure exceptional customer service while protecting assets and upholding policy across the store.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team (including Managers) to meet performance and developmental goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Actively participate in Floor Leadership by engaging with customers and team members to deliver excellent service and meet priorities.
• Address customer and team member concerns and escalate as needed with leadership and People partners.
• Drive store priorities and performance by planning and executing operational strategies across the store.
• Uphold company policies and protect assets and confidential information.
• Demonstrate inclusive leadership and foster a safe, respectful environment for all.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and promoting belonging.
