Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team, developing and empowering each member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like, and making sure that business priorities are met and exceptional customer service is delivered.
• Address customer and team member concerns, and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Drive store performance by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas.
• Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
