Eleven Western Builders, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead a project team of subcontractors and EWB personnel from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with strict adherence to specifications.

The role requires 5+ years in a superintendent role, experience in retail/hospitality remodels, and strong reading of construction documents. Travel across California is expected; StruXure and MS Project skills are prized assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Superintendent role.
• 3+ years experience in retail/hospitality/open store remodels within last 5 years.
• Proficient in reading construction documents and plans.
• StruXure experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively across California.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of subcontractors and EWB personnel from start to finish with precision, thoroughness and documentation.
• Document progress using StruXure and send daily reports to Project Team.
• Read job plans and inspect progress; coordinate with subcontractors to schedule work.
• Conduct daily meetings with clients, EWB team and inspectors; ensure safety and compliance.
