Eleven Western Builders seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead subcontractors and EWB personnel from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with thorough documentation. You will drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across retail projects in California and the Western U.S.

The role requires 5+ years in superintendent roles, 3+ years in retail/hospitality remodels, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Superintendent role is required.
• 3+ years experience building/remodeling in retail, hospitality, fuel stations, etc.
• Proficiency in math for take-offs and square footage calculations.
• Able to read construction documents and understand methods.
• Must have CA driver's license, good driving history, and transport.
• Strong safety record and OSHA 10/CPR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sub-Contractors and EWB personnel to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Document progress with ProCore and send daily reports to Project Team.
• Read job plans twice daily and guide work on site walks with Sub-Contractors.
• Conduct daily meetings with clients, EWB team, and inspectors.
• Coordinate site activities and supervise field personnel up to ~140 per day.
• Manage RFIs and change orders; ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
