Eleven Western Builders, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead subcontractors and EWB personnel from project start to finish with precision, thoroughness, and tight documentation.

The role emphasizes schedule discipline, budget control, and clear communication in California and beyond. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in superintendent roles, experience in retail/hospitality/fuel-station remodels in the last 5 years, and strong organizational and safety enforcement skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Superintendent role required.
• 3+ years experience building/remodeling in retail, hospitality, fuel stations or fast-food sectors (last 5 years).
• Ability to read construction documents and understand methods.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ProCore experience a plus.
• Valid CA driver's license, good driving history, and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of subcontractors and EWB personnel from start to finish while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Use ProCore to document progress and send daily reports to Project Team.
• Read job plans regularly and inspect progress on walks to coordinate with subs.
• Conduct daily meetings with clients, team, and inspectors; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise site activities (up to ~140 people per day) and manage RFIs/change orders.
