Eleven Western Builders, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead a retail construction team across California and the western United States.

You will supervise field personnel, ensure work complies with plans, codes, and safety standards, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. The role demands hands-on leadership, exceptional organization, and the ability to read plans, coordinate with subcontractors and clients, and document progress using ProCore and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Superintendent role
• 3+ years in retail/hospitality/fuel-station remodels in last 5 years
• Proficient math and take-off skills
• Ability to read construction docs and use MS Office/ProCore

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontractors and EWB personnel to complete jobs on schedule and within budget
• Conduct daily meetings with clients, EWB team, and inspectors
• Document progress using ProCore and send daily reports
• Coordinate site activities and supervise field personnel (up to ~140 per day)
• Manage RFIs and change orders to control scope and costs
• Ensure safety and adherence to regulations on site
• Travel extensively within California and other project locations
