We seek a Construction Superintendent to lead subcontractors and EWB personnel from start to finish, ensuring projects run on schedule, within budget, and with meticulous documentation.
You will schedule meetings, review job plans, and maintain client relationships while navigating fast-paced environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in a Superintendent role required.
- 3+ years experience building/remodeling in retail/hospitality/fuel stations; last 5 years.
- Proficient in math and reading construction plans; take-off materials.
- Read construction documents; knowledge of construction methods.
- ProCore and Microsoft Office proficiency; valid CA driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of subcontractors and EWB personnel to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct daily meetings with clients, team, and inspectors; document progress.
- Coordinate site activities, supervise up to ~140 personnel per day.
- Read plans twice daily and guide work; manage RFIs and change orders.
- Ensure safety compliance and high-quality craftsmanship across sites.
