Eleven Western Builders, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead retail projects across California and the western United States. You will supervise field crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is installed on schedule and to code.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in superintendent roles, strong leadership, and proficiency with ProCore and Microsoft Office. The role requires travel, on-site work, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Superintendent or in a lead construction role.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, fuel stations, or open store remodels within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations and supervise site personnel (up to ~140 per day).
• Coordinate with Sub-Contractors, schedule work, and attend daily meetings with clients and inspectors.
• Create, submit, and track RFIs; review progress and ensure safety compliance.
