Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of retail banking branch ground-up and fit-out construction projects. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple fast-paced projects while ensuring consistency, quality, budget adherence.

Role requires 25%-30% regional travel to project sites when required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing retail and/or banking ground-up and/or fit-out construction projects.
• Experience overseeing multi-site retail construction projects and fast-track project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple branch renovation and retail banking improvement projects from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders including banking clients, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, facilities teams, and regulatory authorities.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and delivery commitments are achieved.
• Ensure effective project governance, standards, processes, and reporting frameworks are consistently applied across all projects.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, executive summaries, risk registers, and leadership updates.
• Oversee the execution of branch renovations to ensure compliance with client design standards, brand requirements, security protocols, and operational needs.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and cost controls to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters.
