Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Atlanta seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of retail banking branch ground-up and fit-out construction projects. The candidate will be client-focused, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple fast-paced projects.

Role requires 25%-30% regional travel to project sites and coordination across banking clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing retail and/or banking ground-up and/or fit-out construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple branch renovation and retail banking improvement projects from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders including banking clients, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, facilities teams, and regulatory authorities.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and delivery commitments are achieved.
• Ensure effective project governance, standards, processes, and reporting framework across all projects.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, executive summaries, risk registers, and leadership updates.
• Oversee the execution of branch renovations to ensure compliance with client design standards, brand requirements, security protocols, and operational needs.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and cost controls to stay within financial parameters.
• Coordinate planning and execution to minimize disruption to branch operations during renovations.
