Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of retail banking branch ground-up and fit-out construction projects. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage schedules, budgets, and quality across multiple sites with 25-30% travel.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of banking or retail construction experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Project/Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail or banking ground-up and/or fit-out projects.
• Experience managing multi-site retail construction and fast-track delivery.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of branch ground-up and fit-out projects.
• Coordinate stakeholders including banking clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets to meet milestones.
• Ensure governance, standards, and reporting are applied consistently.
• Prepare status reports and executive updates.
• Manage design development, permitting, procurement, and construction progress.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
