Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of retail banking branch ground-up and fit-out construction projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail/banking ground-up or fit-out construction.
• Experience managing multi-site, fast-track construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple branch renovation and banking project delivery from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate stakeholders including banking clients, architects, engineers, contractors and regulators.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain schedules; manage budgets, risks, and reporting.
