Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of retail banking branch ground-up and fit-out projects. The role requires client focus, organization, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects with 25%–30% regional travel to project sites.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in retail/banking construction, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and proficiency with industry tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing retail and/or banking ground-up and/or fit-out construction projects.
• Experience overseeing multi-site retail construction projects and fast-track project delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple branch renovations and retail banking improvement projects from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate stakeholders including banking clients, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, facilities teams, and regulators.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring milestones and critical paths are met; maintain governance and reporting.
