You will lead with persuasive rationale for services, listen to client needs, and craft compelling value propositions to win engagements and drive growth. This position includes travel and requires experience in services sales.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or any related discipline or commensurate work experience.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience in services/solutions, sales, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Nurtures client relationships over extended deal cycles, reinforcing credibility through adept persuasion and educational interactions.
• Positions the organization early in deals to guide client strategy and shape deal requirements, potentially leading to sole‑source engagements.
• Directs and oversees a virtual team across the geographic area, driving business development initiatives and providing progress updates.
• Develops and champions compelling rationale for the organization’s services to secure engagements through case analysis and presentation.
• Educates and engages stakeholders to communicate business solutions and ensure cohesive RFP/RFI responses.
• Develops pursuit strategies to steer account teams through lengthy sales cycles and enable efficient pursuits.
• Evaluates opportunities and qualifies them for active pursuit based on potential success and resource allocation.
• Contributes innovative ideas and may lead large cross‑functional teams to solve complex business problems.
• Acts as a functional manager, setting strategy and policy in the area of expertise.
• Provides mentorship to lower‑level employees to realize operational and strategic plans.
