Job summary

HP Inc. is seeking an experienced AI Business Development professional to nurture client relationships and guide complex deals in the Retail Industry Solutions space. You will position HP early in deals, shape requirements, and lead virtual teams across regions to drive growth.

The role requires a strong background in business development, project management, and proposal execution, with 10+ years in services or solutions sales. A PM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience in services/solutions business, sales, business development, engagement, or related field.
• PM Certification such as Project Management Professional and CBDP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Nurtures client relationships across extended deal cycles and enhances credibility through persuasion and education.
• Positions organization early in deals to guide client strategy and shape deal requirements.
• Directs a virtual team across geographic area to drive business development and growth.
• Develops and presents compelling rationale for services to secure engagements.
• Educates stakeholders and coordinates with RFP/RFI responses to address deal challenges.
• Develops pursuit strategies to steer account teams through lengthy sales cycles.
