• Evaluates opportunities and qualifies them for active pursuit based on potential success and resource allocation.
• Contributes innovative ideas and may lead large cross-functional teams.
• Acts as a functional manager, developing strategy and setting direction.
• Provides mentorship to lower-level employees to realize operational and strategic plans.
