Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Director to lead emergency services, mitigation, restoration and reconstruction projects from lead through closeout. You will own scope development, estimate accuracy, customer communication, and overall project direction, coordinating with internal teams for successful execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field required or preferred.
• 3–5 years restoration or construction experience.
• 2–3 years experience as Estimator or Project Manager in water, fire, mold or reconstruction.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed scopes of work from onsite inspections and documentation using Xactimate.
• Validate scopes with insurers, consultants, TPAs and owners to ensure alignment before work begins.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to hand off to production, create budgets, set schedules, and plan labor strategies.
• Resolve scope discrepancies and customer concerns; maintain project documentation.
