Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC seeks a Project Director to lead emergency services, mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction projects from lead to closeout. You will own scope development, estimate accuracy, customer communications, and financial outcomes, coordinating with internal teams for successful execution.

You will be primary contact for customers, adjusters, consultants, and TPAs. The role requires travel to job sites and a willingness to work beyond standard hours to support emergencies and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management or construction management or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years restoration or construction experience.
• 2-3 years as Estimator or Project Manager in water, fire, mold or reconstruction.
• Experience handling commercial, industrial, or large-loss projects.
• Familiarity with mitigation, environmental services, reconstruction.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, secure, and direct emergency services, mitigation, restoration and reconstruction projects from lead to closeout.
• Own scope development, estimate accuracy, customer communication, and financial outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, adjusters, consultants, and TPAs.
• Establish payment terms, manage draws and billing; monitor project profitability.
