Job summary

Restoration Management Company is seeking a Project Director to lead multiple restoration projects from start to finish. You will direct field crews and supervisors, develop detailed estimates for mitigation and construction, and ensure accurate time-and-material billing while maintaining key client relationships.

You will coordinate with adjusters, bid preparation with account executives, and monitor schedules to meet contracts.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Proven ability to manage large commercial mitigation/construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge in construction estimating.
• Strong time & material billing experience.
• Experience marketing services to generate new or existing business.
• Solid safety knowledge and work practices.
• Leadership experience; ability to coach and train crews.
• Industry certification desirable; IICRC training in progress
• Excellent time management and reporting skills (Xactimate required).
• Understanding of cost containment and risk management; OSHA 10 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct lead technicians and superintendents in multiple claims/jobs.
• Develop estimates for construction and mitigation projects.
• Review and approve time and material billing; capture billable costs.
• Maintain and expand business contacts to generate new work.
• Prepare and disseminate work orders; schedule activities.
• Inspect jobs, recommend further work to adjusters or clients.
• Track project plans; adjust to meet schedules and contracts.
• Prepare bids with account executives; submit docs to clients.
• Ensure timely customer invoicing and payments; communicate with stakeholders.
• Support safe workplace policies and risk management practices.
