Restoration Management Company is seeking a Project Director to oversee multiple restoration and construction projects from initiation through completion. You will lead lead technicians and superintendents, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget, while interfacing with regional leadership.

The role requires strong estimating, billing, and marketing skills to secure new business, plus solid leadership and safety compliance capabilities across field and office teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage large commercial mitigation and construction projects.
• Experience with construction estimating and time/material billing.
• Strong leadership and communication across teams.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Experience marketing services to generate new business.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large scope projects from start to finish.
• Develop construction and mitigation estimates.
• Review and approve time and material billing.
• Prepare work orders and schedule crews.
• Coordinate with adjusters, clients, and vendors.
• Bid preparation with Account Executives.
• Ensure safety policies and compliance.
