Job summary

BELFOR USA Group, Inc is seeking a Senior Estimator to develop precise estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will meet with clients, generate quality estimates using Xactimate, and manage work through completion while reviewing budgets and communicating progress with clients and management.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within BELFOR standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.
• Residential estimating >$50,000 and Commercial up to $100,000.
• BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 1 & 2 completed.
• Xactimate Intermediate training completed.
• National rate and material invoicing experience.
• English literacy and fluency.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes with minimal over/under margins.
• Develop floor plans and multi-level/roof sketches in Xactimate Sketch.
• Coordinate with clients and management; manage estimates through completion.
• Adhere to BELFOR naming conventions for estimates and proposals.
• Ensure schedules and resources meet timelines; present solutions as needed.
• Demonstrate proficiency in decontamination and restoration processes.
• Support continued BELFOR University training and certifications.
