Job summary

BELFOR USA Group is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead and manage estimates across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will meet with clients, develop competitive estimates using Xactimate, and drive work from start to completion with clear budget oversight.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Xactimate, and a track record of accurate scoping and budgeting. BELFOR offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in construction, restoration, or contents estimating.
• Residential estimating >$50,000 and commercial up to $100,000.
• BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 1 & 2 certified.
• Xactimate Intermediate training completed.
• National rate and material invoicing experience.
• English literacy and fluency.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes and budgets using Xactimate.
• Create floor plans and roof sketches in Xactimate Sketch.
• Maintain schedules and coordinate with trades to meet deadlines.
• Adhere to BELFOR formatting standards for estimates, proposals, and changes.
• Provide clear communication with clients, adjusters, and management.
• Participate in BELFOR University training and safety programs.
