Job summary

BELFOR USA Group, Inc is seeking a Senior Estimator to create and manage estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will meet with clients, develop competitive estimates using Xactimate, and ensure projects stay on budget and schedule.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and adherence to BELFOR standards in estimate formatting. Proven Xactimate proficiency and field experience are required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 3+ years' experience in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes with minimal over/under variations.
• Create floor plans and sketches in Xactimate Sketch.
• Manage estimates from creation to completion and communicate progress to clients.
