Job summary

BELFOR is seeking a Senior Estimator to develop accurate scopes, floor plans, and budgets for residential, commercial, and industrial loss projects. You will meet with clients, prepare competitive estimates using Xactimate, and manage jobs through completion.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with Xactimate Sketch, and knowledge of building codes. You will maintain schedules, coordinate with trades, and uphold BELFOR standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.
• Residential estimating over $50k and Commercial up to $100k.
• Certification: BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 1 & 2.
• Xactimate Intermediate training completed.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Xactimate experience.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes with minimal over/under Scopes.
• Develop floor plans and multi-level/roof sketches in Xactimate Sketch.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and BELFOR standards.
• Manage budgets, schedules and client communications from start to finish.
• Maintain vehicle safety and complete incident reporting as required.
• Participate in ongoing BELFOR University training.
