Job summary

BELFOR is seeking a Senior Estimator to develop, manage, and present estimates across residential, commercial, and industrial lines. You will meet with clients, craft accurate scopes, and ensure projects stay on budget using Xactimate and BELFOR standards.

The role requires experience in restoration estimating, knowledge of building codes, and strong communication. Expect a salary around $70k with commission opportunities and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.
• Residential estimating experience in excess of $50,000 and Commercial estimating experience up to $100,000.
• Successful completion of BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 1 and 2 user certification; Successful completion of Xactimate Intermediate training class.
• English literacy and fluency; Understanding of MSDS Data sheets and applicability to jobs.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and Microsoft Office; adhere to BELFOR Estimate Format Standards; strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes with minimal variance and develop floor plans/sketches using Xactimate Sketch.
• Lead discussions with clients, review budgets, and communicate progress with management.
• Maintain schedules, coordinate with trades, and ensure timely project completion.
• Demonstrate knowledge of building codes and site safety; manage resources and costs.
