Job summary

BELFOR USA Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator to create and manage estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial losses using Xactimate, develop accurate scopes, and ensure competitive budgeting throughout the project lifecycle.

You will meet clients and adjusters, coordinate with trades, monitor schedules, apply BELFOR standards, and participate in ongoing training to advance toward Estimator Level 3 certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating
• Residential estimating >$50,000 and Commercial up to $100,000
• BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 1 & 2 certifications and Xactimate training

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes with minimal over/under scopes
• Develop floor plans and roof sketches in Xactimate Sketch
• Maintain budgets and address overages as needed
• Meet with owners, adjusters, and consultants to scope and negotiate
• Follow BELFOR naming conventions for estimates, proposals and change orders
• Coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed (board-ups, water/fire damage)
• Maintain safety, quality, and timely completion of projects
