Qualifications

• Prior restoration collections experience required.
• Understanding of insurance-funded restoration work, deductibles, and customer payment responsibilities.
• Track record of collecting overdue balances and resolving difficult accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to be firm, professional, and respectful in challenging conversations.
• Strong organization and consistent follow-through.
• Experience with JobNimbus or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of outstanding restoration accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
• Contact customers consistently by phone, email, and text to secure payments.
• Follow up on insurance payments and identify what is holding up collection.
• Work with project managers and accounting to resolve invoice questions, disputes, and missing documentation.
• Coordinate payment arrangements within company guidelines and follow through on commitments.
• Keep accurate notes, payment updates, and next steps for every account.
• Escalate stalled accounts and recommend clear next actions.
